With 38 years of experience at Mitsubishi Corporation, Motoatsu held the position of President CEO at Mitsubishi International Corp. Additionally, Motoatsu served as the Ambassador and Consul General of Japan in New York at the Consulate General of Japan. Currently, Motoatsu holds the title of President Emeritus at Japan Society New York after serving as President.

Established in 1907, New York's Japan Society has evolved into North America's major producer of high-quality content on Japan for an English-speaking audience.
