Nishchay Ag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles. As Co-Founder and CEO of Jar since January 2021, Nishchay focuses on promoting daily savings habits among Indians, fostering financial well-being in a consumer-driven age. Prior to this, Nishchay served as Director at Bounce from January 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included supply, monetization, and partnerships. Earlier roles include Head of Engineering at Infosys for a brief period in 2015, Senior Consultant at NTT DATA Americas from 2006 to 2015, and Project Manager at Honeywell from 2009 to 2012, alongside experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
