Matthew Peters

Matthew Peters currently serves as the Director of Integrative Neighborhoods at JARC since June 2022 and has held the position of Director of Employment Services at Arc Services Of Macomb Inc. since January 2015. Additionally, Matthew has been the director of developmental disabilities at The Guidance Center since 2013. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Services at Developmental Essential Services Inc. from 1991 to 2012. Responsibilities across these roles have involved operations management, personnel oversight, quality improvement, compliance with accrediting standards, and strategic planning for programs serving approximately 850 individuals. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Northern Michigan University.
