Flora Lau

Flora Lau serves as the People and Culture Manager (HR Business Partner) at Jardine Restaurant Group since April 2024. Previously, Flora held the position of Assistant Human Resource Manager at Neigbuy 鄰住買 from June 2022 to March 2024, where leadership of the HR and Admin team facilitated transformative initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives. Prior experience includes co-owning and serving as a Senior Officer in Talent Acquisition & Branding at 香港寬頻, where impactful programs were implemented for graduate onboarding and campus recruitment. Earlier roles at Cordis, Hong Kong involved serving as a Human Resources Officer and in various talent management roles. Flora holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University.
