Yiyan (Eileen) Liu is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, operations, finance, and marketing. Currently serving as a Group Executive Trainee - Analyst at Jardine Restaurant Group since September 2019, Yiyan has successfully led key projects such as the ‘Cleaning Team Optimization’ Project, which aims to achieve significant annual savings for the company, and the ‘New Product Development Process’ Project, enhancing workflow efficiencies. Prior experience includes roles at Jardine Matheson, UBS, and multiple internships at firms like Accenture and Deloitte, where Yiyan honed analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
