Robby's earlier career spans various positions in product development and marketing at Bank Internasional Indonesia (Maybank), PT. Indomedia Dinamika, and Quality Hotel & Suites Convention Centre, reflecting a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and strategic planning, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Sumatera.
