Liz Scott

Liz Scott is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a career spanning over a decade in recruitment and business development within the senior living and healthcare sectors. Currently positioned at Jarlette Health Services since January 2022, Liz has held previous roles as Talent Acquisition Consultant for Amica Senior Lifestyles and Primacare Living Solutions, and as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Seasons Retirement Communities. Liz's earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant and a Manager and Senior Living Advisor at A Place for Mom, as well as leadership roles in business development and talent management at Greenhouse Marketing and Communications Inc. and Maxwell Management Group Ltd. Liz holds an Honours B. Comm. degree from Queen's University and was recognized as an Ontario Scholar at Havergal College in Toronto.
