Monica Bolger, CTRS, has a diverse background in therapeutic recreation and community relations, currently serving as an F45 Coach at F45 Training since September 2025. Previously, Monica held multiple roles at Jarlette Health Services, including Butterfly Model Manager, Life Enrichment Coordinator, Resident Family Service Coordinator, and Life Enrichment Aide, showcasing a commitment to enhancing the well-being of residents. A long-standing association with Boston Pizza International Inc. began in May 2010, where Monica transitioned from server to Community Relations Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Recreation Aide at Chippawa Creek at Bella Care Residence and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Brock University. Monica holds a Master of Arts in Applied Health Sciences, Leisure Studies, and a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies with a major in Therapeutic Recreation from Brock University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University.
