Tetyana Hozh

Tetyana Hozh has been involved in various roles within the healthcare industry since 2010. Starting as a Pharmacy Technician at Medical Pharmacy, Tetyana has progressed to become a Registered Practical Nurse at Eatonville Care Centre. Currently serving as Co-Director of Care IPAC at Jarlette Health Services, Tetyana has shown their expertise in leading the RAI MDS and Restorative Program Team, managing informatics on resident assessments, and ensuring compliance to standards through continuous quality improvement. Tetyana is dedicated to providing high-quality care and maintaining data integrity in healthcare settings.
