Prior to this role, Hassan served as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone Egypt from July 2011 to July 2014, where expertise in retail, objection handling, complaints resolution, and warehouse management was developed. Educational background includes a degree from Suez Canal University, completed between 2011 and 2014.
