Michael Berrios

Michael Berrios serves as a Senior Associate at JB&B. Since joining the firm in 2008, he has worked as a Project Manager and Project Engineer for a wide variety of projects in the data center and financial sectors as well as for office buildings.

Mr. Berrios has provided expertise on a number of premier data center facility projects for JB&B, including zColo’s data centers nationwide, Telehouse’s data center in New York City, the 131 Market/165 Halsey Street data center in Newark, NJ, and the Nomura data center in Piscataway, NJ. He has also worked on office spaces for leading financial institutions, such as offices for a confidential client at 200 West Street as well as Hudson River Trading in New York City and Ziff Brothers Investments offices in New York City and Palo Alto, CA.

Mr. Berrios earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering and his Master of Business Administration in Executive Management from St. John’s University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
