Peter Li

Peter Li serves as an Associate Partner at Jaros, Baum & Bolles. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has led the Plumbing and Fire Protection Department for the New York office and, more recently, for the firm’s Boston and Philadelphia branch offices as well. He has worked on projects across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and life sciences, and is involved in all aspects of the design process from concept design through construction administration.

Mr. Li has maintained a strong focus on the commercial and life science sectors while garnering extensive experience with high-end interior projects for financial, technology, and law firm clients. His wide-ranging experience encompasses the development of new out-of-the-ground office buildings such as 2 Manhattan West, as well as adaptive reuse life science repositioning projects such as Cure at 345 Park Avenue South and 125 West End Avenue.

Mr. Li holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Stony Brook. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in numerous states (CT, FL, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA ) and is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional.
