Richard McFadden

Richard McFadden serves as a Partner at JB&B and is a former chairman of the New York chapter of ACEC. Since joining JB&B in 2003, Mr. McFadden has acted as Project Manager in the Electrical Department on a wide variety of projects and building types. Mr. McFadden has provided JB&B with expertise in the design and commissioning of critical systems for its projects and has assisted the firm by leading many highly technical development reuse projects as well as ground-up greenfield facilities.

Mr. McFadden has a strong background in facilities operations and has lent his expertise to the live upgrade of large mission-critical systems supporting clients such as Citigroup’s data center at 390 Greenwich Street in New York, NY, and Standard and Poor’s data center in Centennial, CO. Mr. McFadden has also worked on large ground-up office buildings, such as Brookfield’s multi-building complex at Manhattan West and the SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Mr. McFadden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Minnesota, and New York, and a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional.
