Courtney Kelsey, MPH, has a diverse background in healthcare communication and public affairs, having worked in various roles at Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock, Baylor Scott & White Health, State of Tennessee, and Knoxville Utilities Board. With a Master of Public Health from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College, Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role as Associate Vice President at Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock.
