Bruce Bell

Bruce Bell currently serves as an Engineering and Computer Science Teacher at Jarrell ISD, where curriculum creation for Engineering, Computer Science, and Robotics has led to significant program growth. Previously, at Dell from June 1998 to December 2015, Bruce held multiple vice president roles, including Vice President of Technology and Strategy Planning, where a new organization focused on experience-driven technology strategies was created, and Vice President of Business Client Software, responsible for building the first client software development organization. Bruce also transformed operations in Vice President roles addressing quality issues and establishing a strong organizational culture. Bruce Bell holds both a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Texas A&M University.
