Adele Thiel

Adele Thiel is a seasoned finance professional with experience in various roles within financial management and auditing. Currently serving as the Group Head of Finance and previously as the Group Financial Controller and Financial Controller at Jarrold Norwich, Adele has developed a robust skill set in financial oversight. Prior experience includes positions as an Audit Executive, Trust Executive, and Audit Associate at Grant Thornton UK LLP. Adele also held roles as Team Leader at the Union of UEA Students and Management Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, alongside starting as a Sales Advisor at Next Group PLC. Adele holds a BA in History, specializing in Modern European History from the University of East Anglia and has furthered education through Kaplan Financial.
