Toni Niskanen

Toni Niskanen is a seasoned professional in the construction and project management sectors, currently serving as a Projektipäällikkö at Järvenpään kaupunki since August 2024. With prior experience as a Hankintainsinööri at both Stara Helsinki and Rakennusliike Lapti Oy, as well as a Project Account Manager at Hilti Suomi, Toni has cultivated a robust background in procurement and project management. Most notably, Toni spent 15 years at YIT, progressing from Site Supervisor to Carpenter, which solidified expertise in on-site operations. Toni's educational background includes an ongoing Insinööri ylempi AMK degree in Lean-johtaminen from Oulu University of Applied Sciences, along with a diploma in Johtamisen ja esimiestyön from Xamk and a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Engineering from the same institution.
