Erika Sabo is an accomplished Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at Jarvis Products since November 2023 and previously at Otis Elevator Company from April 1999 to November 2023. Erika holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University (2007-2010) and a Master of Arts in English and Literature from Western Connecticut State University (1994-1997). Erika's educational background also includes a Bachelor of Arts in English and German from Vilnius Pedagogical University (1989-1994).
