Ted Palomaki

Ted Palomaki has extensive experience in engineering and quality management, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Quality at Easton Technical Products since 1996. Responsibilities include overseeing product development, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring department staff. Notable achievements include leading the company's expansion into the medical device market, significantly reducing backorders and scrap losses, and inventing a patented technology that established a new market category. Prior to Easton Technical Products, Palomaki held various leadership roles at ATK, managing significant government contracts and complex engineering projects. Educational qualifications include a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and MS coursework in Materials Science from the University of Minnesota.
