Cynthia Sanchez

Cynthia Sanchez currently serves as the Head of IT Performance, IT Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation at JAS Worldwide, a position held since December 2023, where responsibilities include enhancing IT service management and strategic sourcing. Previously, Cynthia worked at DHL across various roles from January 2013 to February 2024, including Head of Business Applications Service Management for the Americas, and held the positions of Global Service Manager and IS Manager from February 2005 to February 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Manager at GTE Internetworking from 2000 to 2003, and as a student at Boston University from 1993 to 1997, where Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
