Gisela started their career at FedEx Express in 2004, where they worked as a Customer Service representative, providing assistance with customs documentation and resolving customer complaints. In 2005, they joined ITSA - Logistica Inteligente as a Customer Service agent, specializing in customs documentation management and providing advisory services for import and export operations.

In 2006, Gisela moved to Panalpina, where they held various roles and responsibilities over the years. Gisela started as an In-House analyst and monitor for import-export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and managing local distribution.
