Shivangi R. Verma is an experienced professional in hospital operations management, currently serving as Manager - Operations at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre since May 2021. Prior to this role, Shivangi held the position of Assistant Manager - Operations at JASLOK HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTRE, where responsibilities expanded from a Management Trainee position to hands-on operational leadership. Experience also includes a Management Intern role at the same institution, alongside stints in marketing and human resources at Shalby Hospital and Lollipop Kids International School, respectively. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from IMS - DAVV, completed in 2020.
