Carrie-Ann Jasper-Yearty

Carrie-Ann currently serves as VP of People and Culture for Jasper Ventures Inc. and its family of companies. She joined the team in 2011 as the Business Manager for EPC, Inc. and in 2016, she returned to her human resources roots, taking the role of Vice President of People for the reorganized company. Prior to joining the family business, she spent the first sixteen years of her career in human resources management in manufacturing, financial services and banking. She graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors in 1995. She decided to return to school in 2013 to pursue her MBA to better manage her responsibilities at EPC. In 2015 Carrie-Ann obtained her Master of Business Administration Degree from The University of Texas at Tyler, graduating summa cum laude.
