Maureen Kaiser

Maureen Kaiser, MBA, CAPM, currently serves as the Culture Manager, Engagement Manager, and Cultural Engagement Specialist at Jasper Ventures, Inc., where responsibilities include designing and implementing engagement programs that foster a culture aligned with company values and support employee development across multiple dimensions. Previously, Maureen held the position of Director of Program Development at Young Audiences of Northeast Texas, where efforts focused on enhancing arts education in under-resourced schools through strategic partnerships and program development. Additionally, Maureen worked as Department Administrator and Support Call Center Coordinator at Harris Computer Systems, leading projects to create a new invoicing structure across numerous acquired entities. Maureen holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Beloit College.
