Kimberly Williams

Kimberly Williams is an experienced food safety and quality assurance professional with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as an FSQA Specialist at Jasper Wyman & Son since July 2023, Kimberly previously held roles as Quality and Food Safety Supervisor at Sazerac Company from April 2021 to March 2023, and Quality Supervisor at Dairy Farmers of America from August 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes work as an FSQR Chemist I at Cargill, where responsibilities involved quality control for lactic acid production, and a Quality Control Intern at Sensient Food Color. Additional roles include a Co Op position at Anheuser-Busch and a Research Assistant position at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned from 2010 to 2016.
