Khaldoon Rashid

Khaldoon Rashid is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently, Khaldoon serves as the Head of Legal & Compliance at JTC since December 2022 and has held the position of Founder & General Manager at Reliance Business Legal Consultation since October 2017. Prior roles include Head of Legal Department at Health Assurance Hospitals Company - Dhaman from September 2015 to September 2017 and at ALARGAN International Real Estate Company from January 2010 to August 2015. Khaldoon's earlier career includes positions as In House Legal Advisor at Global Investment House and Legal Consultant at both ALARGAN International Real Estate Company and Al Markaz Law Firm. Khaldoon earned a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Applied Science University in Jordan.
