Bernard Acoca

Bernard Acoca serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since January 2022, and as a Director on the Board of Directors for Planet Fitness since January 2021, contributing to the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees. Previously, Bernard held several leadership roles including President and CEO of El Pollo Loco, where significant transformations led to a doubling of the stock price and renewed growth strategy.
