Pat Fries

Pat Fries currently serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Zaxby's Franchising LLC, overseeing Procurement, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Food Safety teams since October 2022. Previously, Pat held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain, leading the brand's comprehensive procurement efforts for over $1 billion annually. Prior to Zaxby's, Pat was the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Slim Chickens, where a robust end-to-end Supply Chain Organization was developed, facilitating growth from 12 to over 200 locations. Earlier experience at Tyson Foods involved advancing roles in Product Pricing, P&L Management, Strategy, Business Development, and Finance. Pat holds a degree from the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business.
