The Design and Quality Assurance team at Jasz Group ensures that all Zaxby's franchise locations are visually appealing, functional, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality. The team is responsible for designing restaurant layouts, implementing quality control procedures, and overseeing food safety protocols across all eight stores in north Florida.
