Andrii Harkusha

Andrii Harkusha has held various legal positions over the past decade. In 2021, they began working as the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel for JatApp. Andrii also serves as a Legal Advisor for Clario Tech and FigLeaf. In 2022, they will become the Chief Lawyer for the Poltavsky Yuridicheskiy Institut imeni Yaroslav Mudrogo. Prior to that, they were an Advocate for the Indivudualnaya Advokatskaya Deyatelnost from 2012 to 2008, and an Assistant-Professor for the Poltavsky Yuridicheskiy Institut imeni Yaroslav Mudrogo from 2008 to 2021.

Andrii Harkusha has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Civil Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, obtained between 2005 and 2008. Andrii also obtained a Specialist degree in Law from the same university between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained the Attorney at Law certification from the Ukrainian National Bar Association.
