Ralph Shotter

Ralph Shotter is a seasoned UX and UI designer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a UX Designer at JATO Dynamics Ltd since January 2020. Prior to this role, Ralph worked as a UI Designer at Aimia Inc, both in 2019 and from 2016 to 2017, and at Elcom International from 2017 to 2019. Ralph's career began at OLM Systems, where contributions as a UI Designer spanned over thirteen years, focusing on design for web applications in the care sector. Additional experience includes roles at GroupTrade.com as a Front Office Coordinator, where site design was established, and tmg hypermedia as a web designer, contributing to bespoke online communities. Ralph holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Music Information Technology from City, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in History and Film Studies from the University of Kent.
