Uladzimir Zhukau

Uladzimir Zhukau has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Uladzimir started their career at Topcon Positioning Systems in 2000 as a Software Engineer, later becoming a Development Team Lead and Director of Electronic Equipment Development. In these positions, they led the development and implementation of high-precision satellite positioning devices and radio communications solutions. Uladzimir also oversaw certifications, manufacturing processes, and maintenance of user projects.

In 2005, Zhukau joined JAVAD GNSS as a Director, where they provided administrative and technical leadership to the development team and managed user projects. Uladzimir then became the General Manager, responsible for daily operations, marketing, sales, import, warehousing, logistics, and customer support. Additionally, they organized a dealer network and implemented direct sales strategies in various countries.

In 2008, Zhukau served as the Chief Technology Officer at Arwest Communications Corp, where they determined the technical policy, managed dealer networks and direct sales systems, and handled major customer contracts.

In 2018, they joined JAVAD COMMUNICATIONS as the Director of Operations, overseeing the daily operations and engineering projects. Uladzimir led the development and implementation of radio communications solutions for high-precision satellite positioning.

Between their industry roles, Zhukau also worked as a Lecturer and Associate Professor of the Department of Radio Transmitting Devices at the Technical University of Communications and Informatics from 2006 to 2010.

Uladzimir Zhukau attended the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Radio Engineering, Broadcasting, and Television. Their specialization was in communication with mobile objects. Prior to that, they studied at the Moscow State Engineering University from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a Mechanical Engineering degree with honors. Their field of study during this time was Processes and Machines. Uladzimir continued their education at the same university from 1993 to 1997, earning a PhD and the scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences. In 2007 to 2009, Uladzimir attended the Higher Commercial School, where they focused on International Business and Marketing and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Lastly, in 2020, they received a professional retraining diploma in Agile Management: Scrum, Kanban, Lean from the University "Netology".
