Jennifer Willis has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Jennifer currently works as a Production Engineer at Javelin Energy Partners, a Crescent Energy Company since March 2023. Previously, they worked at Scout Energy Partners from August 2016 to March 2023, where they held the position of Operations Engineer. In this role, Jennifer was responsible for identifying capital projects, optimizing PDP wells, and working on waterfloods in Carter Co., Oklahoma, as well as other Scout assets in the Texas Panhandle and Osage Co. Before that, they worked at Denbury Resources Inc. from June 2012 to August 2016 as a Production Engineer. In this position, they focused on the Cedar Creek Anticline assets in Baker MT, overseeing LOE/capital projects, budget, and collaborating with reservoir engineers and geologists on asset development plans and waterflood surveillance.
Jennifer Willis attended Texas A&M University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
