Justin Plumb has a diverse background in political operations and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Political Strategist at Javelina, Justin leads client teams and oversees project logistics. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Senior Associate for Project Operations and Client Associate at the Arizona Democratic Party, where Justin focused on campaign finance and operations. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Economics from Georgetown University, their experience also includes internships at the U.S. House of Representatives and roles in political campaigns and education.
