Clotilde Mérillon

Head of HR at Javelo

Clotilde Mérillon began their career in 2014 as an Assistante RH des métiers informatiques (SI&T) at SNCF. In 2015, they took on the role of Responsable logistique at Association Le Gala. In 2017, they joined Javelo as a Bras Droit CEO, where they were responsible for strategic planning, market research, recruiting, and branding. In 2018, they moved to Abington Advisory as a Consultante, while still maintaining their role as Customer Success & HR manager at Javelo. Finally, in 2018, they became the Head of HR at Javelo.

Clotilde Mérillon attended Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2015 to 2018. In 2017, they also attended Simon Fraser University to study Entrepreneurship, strategy and innovation. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Université Paris Cité, where they obtained their Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations (GEA). In 2018, Clotilde obtained a Management & Handicap certification from Hanploi.com and a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
