Madeline Morano is an experienced health and safety professional with a strong background in the trade show and construction industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Health & Safety at the Javits Center since March 2006, Madeline focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures while overseeing safety training for over 1,000 employees and ensuring compliance for more than 200 forklift and 300 aerial lift operators. Prior to this role, Madeline worked as a Health and Safety Consultant at Pro Safety Services from April 2002 to March 2006, conducting site inspections for construction projects across the Greater New York City area and Long Island. Madeline's career began at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where from January 1986 to September 2001, responsibilities included performing internal audits for the Environmental Health & Safety Department and contributing to the attainment of ISO 1400 Certifications for multiple factories in the US and Europe.
