Michael Perrotti

Michael Perrotti has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Michael is currently the Director of Cost Accounting at Javo Beverage Company since November 2020. In February 2020, they started their own financial consulting business called Hold The Line Financial, where they provide strategic planning, financial modeling, and basic accounting services to smaller independent companies. Michael also caters to the short-term financial needs of larger companies.

Before that, Michael worked as a Senior Finance Manager at Zodiac Pool Systems from March 2014 to January 2020. In this role, they managed the financial aspects of over 20,000 SKUs, including standard COGS, variances, logistics, and warranty. Michael was responsible for day-to-day accounting, annual standard cost setting, budgeting, and audit support. Michael also led monthly purchase price variance meetings and operations results review.

Prior to Zodiac Pool Systems, Michael held various finance positions at Philips Healthcare from June 2008 to March 2014. Michael worked as a Controller, Senior Finance Manager, and Cost Accounting Manager, overseeing financial operations for manufacturing sites and the InnerCool business unit. Michael managed a team of three and was responsible for margin analysis, pricing optimization, operating plans, and inventory reporting.

Earlier in their career, Michael served as a Finance Manager FP&A at Omniture from April 2006 to February 2008, where they collaborated with Goldman Sachs on financial models and was responsible for budgeting and forecasting. Michael also worked as an FP&A Manager at Websense from October 2004 to March 2006 and as a Sr. Financial Analyst/FP&A Leader at Honeywell from September 2001 to October 2004.
