Shanti Pant

Shanti Pant has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2000 as a Client Relationship Associate cum Office Assistant at Space Time Network. In this role, they focused on ensuring client satisfaction and providing general administrative support.

In 2002, Shanti worked as a Front Desk Representative at Hotel Narayani, where they were responsible for reception duties.

From 2004 to 2005, they served as an Administrative Coordinator at Khudi Hydropower Limited, supporting various administrative tasks such as procurement, payroll, and contract management.

At ZTE, from 2006 to 2007, Shanti worked as an Administrative Officer, assisting the CEO with HR and administrative activities, including procurement, cash control, and public relations.

From 2011 until the present, Shanti has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Javra Software. Shanti is responsible for managing daily operations across multiple locations and assisting the CEO in developing organizational goals.

Throughout their career, Shanti has shown a strong focus on operational excellence, resource management, and improving organizational efficiency.
