In 2008, Shanti became the General Manager of Operations at Javra Software, overseeing daily operations, developing policies, managing resources and budgets, and liaising with auditors and government officials.
From 2011 until the present, Shanti has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Javra Software. Shanti is responsible for managing daily operations across multiple locations and assisting the CEO in developing organizational goals.
Throughout their career, Shanti has shown a strong focus on operational excellence, resource management, and improving organizational efficiency.
Shanti Pant attended Nepal jobs from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Human Resources Management, Operations Management, Financial Management, and Strategic Management. Shanti also attended Business School Nederland, specializing in Operations, Human Resource, and Finance Management.
