Jan Albert

Jan Albert currently serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Javvy Coffee since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jan held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ollie from September 2022 to January 2025 and at Unreal Snacks from October 2017 to September 2022. Jan’s extensive career includes serving as VP of Operations at Sabra Dipping Company, LLC from June 2011 to October 2017, and at Bakewise Brands, Inc. from June 2005 to June 2011. Jan also held the position of Director of Operations at Nonni's Foods LLC from February 1997 to June 2005 and began the professional journey as Plant Engineer at Bimbo Bakeries USA from August 1989 to February 1997. Jan earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague between 1985 and 1989.
