Ruth Miller

Ruth Miller is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in the transportation and urban planning sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Partnerships at Jawnt since May 2023, Ruth focuses on enhancing commuter benefits through innovative partnerships and technology. Prior roles include Head of Product at MBTA, where substantial process improvements were made, and Senior Product Manager at Caltrans, which included founding the Transit Data Helpdesk. Ruth's career also features significant positions at Lyft, Apple, Blinktag Inc., and as a Policy Fellow in various organizations, where expertise in product management, community engagement, and policy development has been demonstrated. Ruth holds a B.S. in Urban Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
