Phyllis Betheil

Phyllis Betheil is an experienced professional in community living services and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) support. Currently serving as the Division Director of Community Living Services at Jawonio since March 2023, Phyllis previously held the role of IDD Regional Director at Access: Supports for Living from March 2000 to March 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Food Service Instructor at the County of Rockland Department of Mental Health from 1984 to 1994. Phyllis Betheil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany.
