Melinda Schmidtgall, SHRM-CP has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2001 when they served as Office Manager for Bully Dog. In 2014, they moved to Derive Systems as HR Manager. In 2016, they worked for both Aero Hawk Technologies, LLC and Pak Right, Inc. as Business Manager. Since 2018, they have been CFO for Jaws Tec LLC.

Melinda Schmidtgall, SHRM-CP graduated from Aberdeen High in 1999. In 2015, they obtained a certification in SHRM-CP from SHRM.
