Carlos Silva

Carlos Silva has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. CARLOS started their career as a Project Manager and Field Service Engineer at Eclipse Combustion, where they provided hands-on sales, planning, and start-up for combustion systems globally. CARLOS then worked at Guardian Industries, first as a Construction Project Engineer and later as a Maintenance Manager, where they developed bid specifications, managed maintenance departments, and improved processes efficiency. Carlos also had a role at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Maintenance Manager. In 2008, they became the General Manager and Engineer Sales Manager for Bloom Engineering, where they utilized their engineering and sales skills to develop combustion solutions. CARLOS then worked at Prastec Engenharia de Combustao as a Regional Engineer Sales Manager, responsible for business development and technical sales. Carlos later joined Coca-Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers as an Engineering and Maintenance Manager, overseeing maintenance operations, establishing standards, and implementing maintenance software. CARLOS is currently working as the Director of Technical Sales - LATAM at JAX Inc., focusing on increasing sales and developing new markets in Latin America while providing support to existing customers.

Carlos Silva holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) from Loyola University Chicago. CARLOS also has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S) from Universidad del Norte.
