Aleksandr Plastun

Aleksandr Plastun has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2007. Aleksandr started their career as a Freelance Developer, working on projects such as web stores, media portals, and FinTech integrations. In 2011, Aleksandr joined CIT Ltd as a Lead Specialist, where they were responsible for developing critical features and products in IT-sphere of embedded development in security and in SpaceTech. Aleksandr also managed financials in venture funds projects, reported to key stakeholders, and led a small cross-functional team. In 2016, Aleksandr moved to the Saratov State University N.G. Chernyshevsky, where they held the role of Assistant Professor. During their time there, they developed and delivered courses on topics such as Introduction to the Fullstack, Methodologies and Management in IT sphere, and Modern Software Technologies. In 2018, Aleksandr became a Project Manager at Lineate, where they managed and led delivery process for multiple project work streams. In 2020, they joined Grid Dynamics as a Delivery Manager, and in 2022 they were promoted to Senior Delivery Manager at Jaxel.

Aleksandr Plastun obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Laser and Computer Physics from Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky.
