Maria Malyarova has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2015. In that year, they began as a DevOps Engineer at PRCNIT Saratov State University, where they worked on high performance computing multi-GPU architecture based on CUDA. In 2016, they moved to \u041d\u041f\u041e RBS (Rainbowsoft) as a Software Engineer. In 2017, they joined Grid Dynamics as a Senior DevOps Engineer, Lead, where they were responsible for developing and supporting infrastructure of internal/external microservices and open-source components for e-commerce, as well as on-prem infrastructure and service migration to Cloud. In 2018, they moved to Kohl's as a DevOps Engineer. Finally, in 2020, they began working at Inspire Brands as a Senior DevOps Engineer, Lead, and in 2022 they were promoted to Delivery Manager at Jaxel.

Maria Malyarova has an extensive educational background. Maria completed a Master's degree in System Analysis and Management from Saratov State Technical University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Basis of Computer Sciences from Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky in 2017.
