Philip Rhodes

Philip Rhodes has extensive experience in the construction industry, primarily with Jay Dee Contractors Inc since August 2004, where roles have included Safety Manager and General Superintendent on the Westerly Storage Tunnel project. Additional positions held include Operating Engineer/Foreman at JCM Northlink LLC, Site Superintendent at MJC Joint Venture Bay Tunnel, and Quality Control Engineer at JCM U-Link Joint Venture. Rhodes has also served as an Operating Engineer in various capacities on multiple projects, including the Brightwater Sections and the BWARI Project. Educational background includes studies at Schoolcraft College and Oakland Community College from 2003 to 2005.
