Alex Valadzko is an experienced executive with a comprehensive background in technology and project management. As the Chief Executive Officer at Jay.devs since April 2019, Alex is responsible for client negotiations, strategic planning, and financial management. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, focusing on resource management and project evaluations. Alex's earlier experience includes serving as the CTO at Cogniteq, overseeing over 40 developers and managing more than 200 projects. Alex began a career at EPAM Systems, progressing from Project Manager to Lead Software Test Engineer, implementing Agile methodologies and overseeing testing processes. Academic qualifications include two Bachelor’s Degrees from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno in Language Interpretation and Translation, and Mathematics and Computer Science.
