JAY MART Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in the retailing and wholesaling of mobile phones and related products. The Company offers products from various mobile phone producers, including Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Samsung and LG, as well as its own brand under the name of J-Fone. It also provides subscriber identification module (SIM) cards and cash-refilled cards for mobile phone users in various systems. In addition, the Company operates retail space rental business under the name IT Junction and J-Venue, which sublease retail spaces to mobile phone retailers, stores and vendors, as well as managing shopping malls for general retailing. The Company's subsidiaries include JMT Network Services Company Limited, involved in debt collection business and non-performing loan management, and Jay Mart Holding Company Limited, operating as a holding company.
