Jo Fellowes

Jo Fellowes is an experienced Director of Operations currently leading initiatives at Jay Shetty Media & Coaching and Jay Shetty Certification School since July 2021. With a robust background in operations consulting, Jo has been associated with 7-Figure Back Office since 2012, providing strategic guidance to wellness leaders in project management and operational efficiency. Jo previously served as Director of Operations for Stellar Speakers until December 2023 and co-founded Total Wellness Club, enhancing trust and transparency in wellness services. Early career roles included owning Holistic Business Groups and serving as Assistant Regional Sales Manager at Barclays Bank UK PLC. Jo holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Middlesex University.
