Zulfakar Nordin

Zulfakar Nordin currently serves as an Operations Assistant at Jaya Grocer (Trendcell Sdn. Bhd.) since August 2021. Previously, Zulfakar held the position of Operations Supervisor at Puncak Global Resources Sdn Bhd from December 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included assisting the Operation Manager with projects, coordinating cleaning logistics, conducting risk assessments, and reviewing work orders. Zulfakar also worked as a Personal Banker at RHB Banking Group for one year and gained customer service experience as a Store Associate at 7-Eleven. Zulfakar holds a degree in Decision Science, specializing in Mathematics and Statistics, from Universiti Utara Malaysia, completed in 2018.
